LCV Tachograph Driver Training - E-Learning
From 1st July 2026, all light commercial vehicles (2.5 t–3.5 t) used in commercial cross-border transport must be equipped with a second-generation smart tachograph (DTCO 4.1a or higher) in accordance with EU Mobility Package I. Failure to comply can result in significant penalties. In Germany, for example, fines of up to €1,500 may be imposed. In addition, vehicles may be immobilized at border crossings throughout Europe or transport licenses may be revoked.

With this online training course, drivers will acquire basic knowledge of:
- digital tachographs and how to operate them
- the EU Mobility Package
- the applicable driving and rest times.
The content is presented in a structured, understandable and practical manner in several modules and is ideal for the theoretical training of drivers.

During Purchase

Access after purchase
Once your purchase has been completed successfully, the registered participants will receive access to the training via our online training platform. After completing your purchase, you will receive an order confirmation email.
Unless stated otherwise, access to the training is granted for an unlimited period.
For purchases made on working days, the training will appear in the participant’s account within 24 hours of purchase. For purchases made after 12:00 noon on Friday, or during weekends and public holidays, the training will appear in the participant’s account within 72 hours of purchase.
Training Platform login/registration
The online training is provided through the Litmos Learning Management System.
Participants can access the platform here: https://continental.litmoseu.com/. Participants should log in or register using the email addresses provided during the checkout process.
- Existing users: If the participant is already an existing user in our universal login, they can sign in directly using the link above. After logging in, the training can be found in the “My Training” section on the homepage.
- New Users: If the participant is new to the system, they will receive an email invitation. Alternatively, they can go directly to: https://continental.litmoseu.com/. They should click “Register” and create an account using the same email address that was provided during purchase. After completing their profile, they can log in and access the training in the “My Training” section on the homepage.
